Ramen Noodles: Functional food on the cheap

I was first exposed to eating ramen noodles when I was a kid when my best friend’s mother served a ramen noodles brand called Sapporo Ichiban. The long noodles some of which seemed about half mu height were drenched in beef broth and tasted so good. I still eat ramen noodles, which cost about a
