The customer is the deliverer
That’s the way it seems. They deliver the message to other customers about their experiences shopping and using products. Not talking about delivering food. Customers deliver information like prices, location, and insights. Products may be delivered, but it’s the customer that’s needed to be the deliverer.

Customers shop for groceries unassisted but benefit from a human connection when making a payment. Human cashier’s may not be the fastest compared to a machine but they’re the most human.

Digital and paper receipts
They both serve a purpose, but if you use a kiosk and get a digital receipt check it to make sure it’s accurate. When they work on time saving digital receipts are good, but when in doubt find a human cashier to give you a tangible cash receipt.

Reading one page from a book can provide insights that becomes applied knowledge. Whether it’s about calculus or calculating a complex math equation, learning creates knowledge.
