Let’s face it we love to eat. But sometimes we intake too much salt, sugar, etc. So much that our bodies react. Over indulgence of not so healthy foods can lead to health problems in the long term. Thus, is there a way to adhere to getting it just right and eating a well balanced meal?

It is a challenge.

We walk into the supermarkets and see new flavors in our food like sircaha, barbecue, oven roasted. wasabi, chili, and the list goes on and on. We love our food prepared just right, so much so, that we can take down a bag of our favorite snack in one sitting, even though the packaging indicates five servings.

So I am urging people, myself included, to take a step back from our food and ask ourselves, is this healthy or am I eating way too much of it, or should I choose blueberries instead of the chocolate chip cookies instead?
