Halo ice cream is a big hit in my supermarket.

It is flying off the frozen shelves and we sell about 5 cases per week; about 40 pints.

Originally sold at Publix in Florida for $6.29 a pint the cost has been reduced 16% to $5.99.

Without much promotion except word of mouth, as far as I know, the ice cream maker is selling well.

  • The 30 cent drop in price may be temporary. As 2017 is approaching it may be positioning the brand to sell more so new consumers buy in.

If the price drop increases sales I would not be surprised to see the price rise above 6 bucks or more.
Enjoy the Halo effect in 17 flavors.
