As a grocery clerk, or how I would better categorize myself, as a food broker, I cannot help and read the nutritional information on food packaging. The thing that I find most striking is the amount of sodium, per serving, in the food, like Lean Cuisine frozen meals and pizza, as well as so many other items.
Some salt and sugar is okay, but how much is too much. I would love it if the food producers can scale back on the sodium content on food which is being fed to kids and adults struggling to maintain a proper diet.
Are we willing to sacrifice our health day after day to eat something that is appetizing just by the package alone.
This would be disruptive.
