I noticed that Sea Cuisine has updated their frozen food packaging. For example the the color on the box for their Italian Pesto Cod has switched from from from yellow to pink with the meal picture enlarged.

I would have to guess that it is appealing more toward women consumers. I would take it that pesto is a flavor that women prefer more than men. A pink box might not appeal to male shoppers so I think that women are more of the target. The tag “Italian Pesto Cod” is also written in script that gives it a more elegant presentation.

Overall, it’s a nice update for sea food that looks tasty and easy to cook.
